Tzatziki, Chorizo & Rocket Toasts
- Chris’ Traditional Tzatziki Dip
- Sliced chorizo, grilled in a frypan
- A handful of rocket
- The juice of half a lemon
- Sourdough bread, cut into thick slices
- Spread the tzatziki thickly over the fresh sourdough. Top with sliced chorizo, rocket, lemon juice and serve.
