Sticky Chicken Wings

  • ¼ cup hoisin sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 12 chicken wings
  • Chris’ Fun-Size Tzatziki Dip


  • Once nicely marinated, line a large baking tray with non-stick baking paper and place the drumsticks on the tray
  • Add the chicken wings to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour but preferably overnight if you are preparing in advance
  • In a large bowl, mix the hoisin sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger together
  • Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  • Place tray in oven and bake the chicken for 1 hour, or until the chicken is cooked through, turning the wings at the halfway point
  • Transfer the cooked chicken to a serving plate. Serve with Chris’ Fun-Size Tzatziki Dip
