  • Lavash crackers
  • Chris’ Heritage Smoked Gouda & Almond Dip
  • Fresh green pears, thinly sliced
  • Prosciutto
  • A bunch of rosemary, torn


  • Place the prosciutto in one layer on a tray in a pre-heated oven. Bake until crisp
  • Spread the Smoked Gouda & Almond Dip over each of the lavash crackers
  • Break up the crisp prosciutto into shards
  • Top each cracker with a piece of prosciutto, pear and a sprig of rosemary
  • Serve and enjoy!
