Savoury Olive Loaf

chris' july (4 of 4)Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups almond meal
  • ½ cup teff flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup Chris’ Traditional Three Olive Dip
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  • Place everything into a bowl and combine well with an electric mixer
  • Pour batter into a baking paper lined loaf pan
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean (a little longer if your loaf pan is high and narrow)
  • Cool completely and serve
