Prawn caviar and cucumber canapés
Here’s another really simple canapé that you can make to impress your family and friends. They will only take you 10 minutes to make, and taste as good as they look.
- 2 Lebanese cucumbers
- 1 200g tub Chris’ caviar taramosalata dip
- 20 small cooked peeled school prawns
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- dill sprigs to garnish (optional)
Cut the cucumber in 4 cm lengths and then slice into ½ cm slices lengthwise (discard very seedy sections). Using a piping bag with a large nozzle pipe a teaspoon size ball of Chris’ caviar dip on each slice of cucumber and top with a small cooked prawn, piece of dill and light sprinkle of cayenne pepper. Serve immediately.
