One-pot Pasta

  • 2/3 cup curly pasta
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 heaped tbs Chris Traditional French Onion Dip
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2-3 tbs grated Parmesan
  • Parsley to garnish


  • Place water in a pot and bring to the boil, cook pasta according to packet instructions
  • Drain and set aside
  • Place olive oil, and tomatoes into the same pan and sauté until tender
  • Add dip, and salt to season
  • Combine well then add the pasta back in to heat through
  • Sprinkle breadcrumbs and Parmesan over the top and combine to eat as is, or leave on top and grill in an ovenproof pan for 2 minutes until browned
