The perfect plate to serve before a dinner or BBQ.

  • 8 falafel
  • ½ cup mixed olives
  • 4 small pitta breads
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber
  • 1 large carrot
  • ½ red capsicum
  • 1 200g tub Chris’ Traditional Caviar Taramasalata Dip
  • 1 200g tub Chris’ Traditional Tzatziki Dip
  • 1 200g tub Chris’ Egyptian Beetroot Dip

Cut carrot, cucumber and capsicum into sticks (crudités) about the same size. (You can do this a few hours advance, cover them with wet kitchen roll and refrigerate until your ready to serve) Warm the Falafel and pitta under a grill and cut them in half and arrange with the dips, crudities and olives on a large platter. Serves 4
