Mango Chia Smoothie Bowl

Serves 1
  • Smoothie
  • 1 mango cheek
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup Chris’ Traditional¬†Greek-style yoghurt
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 5 thin slices of mango
  • Lime zest
  • 1 tbsp toasted coconut
  • 2 tbsp toasted pecan pieces
  • 1 tsp bee pollen
  • Place the first four smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth. Have a quick taste and add the teaspoon of honey if it needs extra sweetness.
  • Pour into a shallow bowl and then place the mango slices on top. Sprinkle the toasted coconut, pecans and bee pollen over the smoothie and then finish with the lime zest.
