Trio of Greek dips with home made pita chips
Why not serve this trio of dips with some home made pita chips at your Greek Easter celebration.
(After you’ve made these home made pita chips, you’ll find it hard to eat store bought chips again.)
- 4 medium white pita breads
- ½ 200g tub Chris’ Tzatziki Dip
- ½ 200g tub Chris’ Hommus Dip
- ½ 200g tub Chris’ Caviar Dip
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of sea salt flakes
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 150ºC. On a large board use a sharp knife to open the pita breads up. Brush each half with oil and then sprinkle lightly with sesame seeds and sea salt. Cut into rough triangles and bake in single layers on large baking sheets for 15 to 20 minutes or until slightly golden and crispy. Best served while still warm with generous bowls of the Chris’ dips. Serves 4.
