Herby Salmon Flatbreads with Yoghurt Dressing

  • 4 x small flatbreads
  • 200g smoked salmon
  • 1 packed cup of herbs (parsley/mint/dill)
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ red onion, sliced finely
  • Juice and zest of one lemon
  • ½ cup Chris’ Traditional Greek-Style Natural Yoghurt
  • ¼ cup water


  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  • Place herbs, and olive oil into a bowl and combine well
  • Place flatbreads on baking trays and equally spoon herbs onto them, spreading out slightly
  • Top with salmon and onion then bake for 20 minutes
  • While it’s cooking, combine lemon, water, yoghurt, salt and pepper then set aside
  • Once flatbreads are cooked, serve with yoghurt dressing and enjoy
