Chicken Souvlaki


  • 1 BBQ chicken, from the supermarket
  • 6 wholemeal pita breads
  • 3 Lebanese cucumbers, sliced
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 heaped tbs Chris’ Traditional Tzatziki Dip
  • 2 tsp thyme leaves
  • 1 red onion, sliced


  • Spread each pita with Tzatziki Dip then add cucumber, tomato, thyme, onion, and add some shredded BBQ chicken and enjoy!
