- 1 BBQ chicken, from the supermarket
- 6 wholemeal pita breads
- 3 Lebanese cucumbers, sliced
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 1 heaped tbs Chris’ Traditional Tzatziki Dip
- 2 tsp thyme leaves
- 1 red onion, sliced
- Spread each pita with Tzatziki Dip then add cucumber, tomato, thyme, onion, and add some shredded BBQ chicken and enjoy!
