Baked Eggs in Terracotta Pots

  • 1 Chris’ Heritage Terracotta Pot
  • 2 Eggs
  • Skim Milk
  • Tasty Cheese (shredded)
  • Fresh Chives
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Cooking Spray


  • Whisk two eggs and 1/8 of a cup of skim milk until well combined
  • Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste
  • Spray your terracotta pot with cooking spray to grease
  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees (fan-forced)
  • Add egg mixture to pot and garnish generously with fresh chives and tasty cheese
  • Bake for 15 minutes until top is golden brown (bake for 20 mins if you prefer hard eggs)
