Asparagus, Parmesan & Chilli Toast

asparagustoastWe’re celebrating the arrival of spring with some delightful fresh spring produce.

Serves 4.


  • Asparagus (approx 24 stalks)
  • Chris’ Heritage Artichoke, Parmesan & Green Chilli Dip
  • 4 slices of sourdough bread
  • Olive oil spray
  • Shaved Parmesan cheese


  • Blanch the asparagus in boiling water until just cooked
  • Spray the ¬†sourdough slices with olive oil and place under the grill until lightly golden brown
  • Spread a generous layer of the Artichoke, Parmesan & Green Chilli Dip over the toast slices
  • Top with the asparagus, shaved parmesan and chilli garnish (that comes with the Heritage Dip)
  • Serve while warm
