Egyptian Beetroot Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 tub of Chris’ Traditional Egyptian Beetroot Dip
  • 1 small potato, grated
  • 1 can of cooked white beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1-2 cups of finely shredded cabbage
  • 1⁄2 a cup of chopped dill

EGYPTBEETROOT-INGREDIENTS

Method:

  • Place all your ingredients into a medium saucepan.
  • Cover with 3 cups of boiling water & bring back up to the boil, stirring well.
  • Allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes
  • Serve with a dollop of yoghurt, more dill, salt and pepper.
