These breakfast croissants using our Festivale Southern Smashed Avocado & Fetta Dip are a perfect start to the day!

Method

  1. Slice croissants in half and spread the dip evenly on one side.
  2. Slice cherry tomatoes in half.
  3. Fry the eggs on a greased skillet until cooked to liking.
  4. Place eggs on croissant and squeeze lime juice and coriander on top.
