I start off with a good piece of meat. Then I marinate it overnight in a spicy dressing. This is BBQ’d alongside some sliced mushies, onions, sweet potatoes, egg plants & zucchini. Serve it all up with a healthy dose of Chris’ dips such as your tzatziki.

Heat up the barbie and listen to the sizzle of a juicy piece of scotch fillet, pineapple slices, bacon, onion; served with a fresh green salad, tomatoes and cucumber while snacking on rice crackers with spring onion dip washed down with an icy cold beer.

I marinate the meat, about an hour before we cook. We use Chris creek dips in a lot of different ways. It’s a great dip.

I love changing the theme each barbie, a stir fry & chopsticks, Teppanyaki & dipping sauce, cooking & eating round the barbie to be more interactive, burgers with a variety of yummy sauces, Greek style kofta a & lamb wraps with Chris’s Tzatziki dip, #NomNom
This is my recipe for a Croc & Prawn Stirfry which i think would work well with the Lime & Honey Marinade on the croc then Miso-Sesame flavour for the finish stirfry. You can alter the meat, flavours, noodles or even make it a fried rice! http://nonnasapron.blogspot.com.au/2014/05/queenslander-bush-tucker-with-asian.html
